in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Wilderness Act
Artists created ephemeral sculptural artworks using natural wild-crafted materials in sites in the Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve in La Cienega. The Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve is a 35-acre nature preserve located just south of Santa Fe. The preserve is adjacent to El Rancho de las Golondrinas in La Cienega. This rare natural cienega, or “marsh”, hosts a bountiful diversity of plants and wildlife.
